Leigh W. Karsch is a Creative Director with an extensive background in both marketing and design. She has provided art direction and project management for a number of branding campaigns, some of which have been published in major publications such as The Wall Street Journal. Leigh is also a web designer and has developed websites for entrepreneurs and a variety of small businesses. As a marketing professional, Leigh has provided strategic marketing planning for clients in the publishing, hospitality, legal & retail industries. She has implemented successful marketing campaigns and secured national media coverage in print, radio and television.
Ms. Karsch is also the co-founder of The Training Design Studio. As Director, she develops and designs webcasts that provide strategic business solutions in the areas of training, marketing and customer service. Leigh also leads her creative team in developing materials for leader-led training programs and collateral materials. Prior to starting TDS, Leigh spent her tenure at one of the nations leading law firms, providing creative direction for the launch and operations of a workplace training division that offered training in the areas of compliance, harassment, diversity and immigration.
Ms. Karsch has won several national awards for design, including two consecutive Neographics Awards for Excellence and an LMA Marketing Award for Best Recruiting Campaign.
